Privacy Statement
The North West Wales Play Forum respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. We have provided this Privacy Statement to inform you of the data we collect online and how that information is used.
We have structured this website so that you can visit us without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information.
Personal Information
Personal information is information that is associated with your name or personal identity.
On this website we invite you to contact us through our online forms and via email and telephone. If, through doing this, you supply us with personal information (e.g. your telephone number or address), we assure you that it will not be passed to any third parties and will only be used by us for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
If you complete a booking form, the information you enter is sent to our team in an email format. Any email is not a secure form of correspondence, as the data can pass through several 'nodes' before it reaches our inbox. Therefore please do not include anything you would consider to be sensitive information.
Non-Personal Information
Non-personal information is data about usage and service operation that is not associated with a specific personal identity. We do collect this in the form of general website access statistics which give us information about how this website is being used. Examples of such non-personal data may include the number of visits we have had to this website, the general times of day and days of the week that site is being accessed and the pages within the site which have generated the most interest, or how often a strategy has been downloaded.
All this information will help us to evaluate the usefulness of this website in helping us to achieve our objectives of developing play in North West Wales. However, we will NOT be able to identify you personally through these statistics.
Links to Third Party Websites
Where we provide links to third-party websites (e.g. Welsh Assembly Government), we do it for your convenience and information. If you access those links, your browser will open a new window which will leave the North West Wales Play Forum website. We do not control those third partysites or their privacy practices, which may differ from ours and we do not endorse or make any representations about these third-party websites.
